In the app, we offer both individual and organization-level accounts. When in your individual account, any policy you create can only be seen by you. In an Org-level account, anyone with access to it can see the policies that others in the Org have worked on.
To switch between your personal and org account, click “switch orgs” on the lower-left.
From there, choose the organization you wish to switch to, and click Enter.
⭐ When you create a policy or dataset in your org, it will be visible to everyone in your org.
If you make an edit to someone else’s policy or dataset when in the org, it will change it for everyone.
Admins (Musubi employees) can move policies from individual accounts to org-level accounts. If you don’t want to manually copy policies over, ask an admin for help.
