Organizations vs Individual Accounts

PolicyAI offers both individual and organization-level accounts. When in your individual account, any policy you create can only be seen by you. In an Org-level account, anyone with access to it can see the policies that others in the Org have worked on.

Individual Accounts

• Personal workspace for policy development
• Best for initial iteration and rough drafts

Organization Accounts

• Multi-user collaborative environment
• Best space for large-scale tests and final policy versions

To switch between your personal and org account, click “switch organization” on the lower-left.

From there, choose the organization you wish to switch to, and click Enter.

⭐ When you create a policy or dataset in your org, it will be visible to everyone in your org.

If you make an edit to someone else’s policy or dataset when in the org, it will change it for everyone.

Exporting and duplicating policies across accounts and environments
